Scott Cutler, head of global listings at the New York Stock Exchange, will be leaving the company, the NYSE announced Tuesday. He will be succeeded by Garvis Toler III of Dealogic, who will start March 23 as the global head of capital markets, focused on listings. John Merrell, who has worked with the listings team since 2008,, will be in charge of listed company relationships. Cutler has been the head since 2008. "I believe now is the appropriate time for me to explore new frontiers," he said in the release.
