Existing Home Sales Fall More Than Forecast In January

Existing home sales fell 4.9% in January, a larger than forecast decline, the National Association of Realtors reported Monday. Sales fell to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.82 million vs. 5.07 million in December. Economists had forecast a 4.95 million rate.
