Tech stocks put in a mixed trading performance Tuesday as many companies gave their employees the day off for the Veterans Day holiday in the U.S. Among leading tech stocks, declines came from Apple Inc. , Microsoft Corp. and Yahoo Inc. , while gainers included Amazon.com Inc. , Groupon Inc. and Pandora Media Inc. . The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index shed 6 points to slip to 4,645.
