AppFolio Files For IPO To Raise Up To $100 Million

AppFolio Inc. has filed for an initial public offering to raise up to $100 million. The company applied for listing on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker symbol "APPF." The lead underwriters are Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. AppFolio provides a cloud-based software platform that is designed to be the system of record for small and medium-sized businesses in the property management and legal industries to automate business processes and help enable interactions between its customers and the customers' clients and vendors.
