30-year Fixed-rate Mortgage Declines To 3.69%, Freddie Mac Says

Mortgage rates fell in the week ending March 26, with the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage falling to 3.69% from 3.78% the prior week, Freddie Mac said Thursday. The 15-year fixed-rate mortgage fell to 2.97% from 3.06%, the 5-year Treasury-indexed hybrid adjustable-rate mortgage averaged 2.92%, down from 2.97%, while the 1-year Treasury-indexed ARM was steady at 2.46%.
