Shares of power-plant operators rose after reports that President Donald Trump was leaning toward a pullout from the Paris climate accord. A retreat from the pact, under which nations had agreed to emissions-reduction targets, would alleviate pressure on utilities running coal-fired and natural-gas-fired plants.
