Tom Rutledge Named CEO of Charter Communications
Cablevision Systems Corp's former chief operating officer Tom Rutledge is to become chief executive of Charter Communications Inc., starting Feb. 13.
News of Mr. Rutledge's move comes just days after Cablevision disclosed Mr. Rutledge had unexpectedly resigned.
