A Morgan Stanley survey of consumers showed that many people use multiple streaming sources for music and radio play. "Streaming users continue to leverage multiple platforms, with crossover as high as 60% - 65% among Pandora, Spotify, Apple Music, and Sirius," said analysts at brokerage Morgan Stanley, in a research note. "However, this has come down from 70% - 75% in 2015. Dedicated music platforms (Sirius, Pandora, Spotify) led in satisfaction, while Apple Music and Amazon Prime Music dipped year-over-year."
