Tech Down Slightly as Valuation Fears Subside -- Tech Roundup

Shares of tech companies fell, but not by as much as the broad market, as fears about valuations in the sector continued to subside. Apple broadened its legal offensive against chip designer Qualcomm, arguing in a court filing that some of Qualcomm's patents were invalid and that its business model violates patent law.
