NBC says NBC.com site is now safe to visit

NBC said the NBC.com site is now safe to visit.

"A problem was identified and it has been fixed," said an NBC spokeswoman on Thursday.

Earlier in the day, Facebook Inc said it had blocked users from accessing the website following reports that the site was infected with a computer virus.
