India's Exports Growth Strengthens in November
India's exports grew 30.6% from a year earlier to $26.2 billion in November, government data showed Friday.
That marked a strong rebound from October's 1.1% fall.
Imports rose 19.6% to $40.02 billion, slightly widening the trade deficit in November to $13.83 billion from $13.4 billion a year earlier.
The stronger exports growth will comfort policymakers as they look to counter criticism that the government's policies pulled down economic growth in the South Asian economy.
