According to a new survey from corporate wellness tech company Limeade, building the program isn't necessarily the biggest challenge that employers face when trying to bring wellness to their workforces. Fifty-two percent of respondents to Limeade's survey said that simply getting employees to participate in the program was the real obstacle.
Luckily, this hurdled can be cleared ��� as long as employers use the right strategies to do so.
