How: MacDonald was struck by the idea of finding real-life people will the skills and services needed, via social circles.
Today, the site has more than 8 million active members in 190 countries.
“We see our members as evangelists for our products,” he said. “We are giving them value, and our growth mentality is the value for our members to share the existence of our product.”
