Correction to Wal-Mart Property Article on Tuesday
Four Wal-Mart Neighborhood Markets locations in Tennessee were sold recently for $11.8 million to $12.7 million each, and the prices implied capitalization rates, a measure of yield, of 5.15% to 5.25%. "Investors Buy Wal-Mart Neighborhood Grocery Sites in the South," at 6:04 p.m. ET on July 25, incorrectly said $12 million to $15 million with cap rates of 5.15% to 5.75% in the sixth paragraph.
