The medical-device trade group AdvaMed on Friday began running TV ads in California, Texas, New York and Pennsylvania opposing the medical-device excise tax. "Medical-Device Industry Boosts Efforts to Fight Excise Tax, " published Jan. 5, 2018, at 3:46 p.m. EST, incorrectly stated the ads were also running in Minnesota and Indiana in the fourth paragraph.
