"This was not an ordinary cyberattack," FedEx's chief information officer, Robert Carter, said during a conference call with analysts. "FedEx Takes Earnings Hit Following Cyberattack," published at 19:39 ET on Tuesday, incorrectly ttributed the comment to FedEx finance chief Alan Graf.
