A correction, published Sept. 8, 2017, at 11:28 a.m. EDT, was for "Volkswagen Not Planning to Delay Restructuring, CEO Says," published Sept. 7, 2017, at 12:26 EDT, and a subsequent update. The headline for the correction incorrectly said it was correcting a Porsche CEO article.
