BT Group Finance Director Simon Lowth Buys 10,536 Shares at GBP2.84 Each

LONDON – Telecommunications services group BT Group PLC (BT.A.LN) said Wednesday that Group Finance Director Simon Lowth has acquired 10,536 shares at 2.84 pounds ($3.699) each.

BT shares at 1225 GMT down 5 pence, or 1.7%, at 281 pence, valuing the company at GBP27.90 billion.
