Boeing jetliner orders fall short in 2016; deliveries hit target

Boeing Co said on Friday it delivered 748 jetliners in 2016, and booked net orders for 668 aircraft.

The world's biggest plane maker topped its target of delivering at least 745 aircraft last year, but fell short of its goal of matching the deliveries total with new orders.
