2. Will rising rates scare consumers away from housing?

Mortgage rates are still on the rise after the Fed’s taper announcement, but National Real Estate Post hosts Brian Stevens and Frank Garay say they’re optimistic that 2014 will be a good year for the real estate market. They say rates are still relatively good, and home buyers will still show a strong appetite next year.
