The U.S. Department of Energy scrapped a plan to purchase domestic crude oil for its Strategic Petroleum Reserve after funding was not included in the broader stimulus package.

All TravelCenters of America field managers will receive guaranteed first-quarter bonuses, and all field employees will be paid a cash bonus among other benefits for working through the pandemic.
