TD Ameritrade CEO Tim Hockey tells FOX Business that growing trade confusion between China and the U.S. is driving Wall Street’s fear index to its highest levels in six months.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said the trade dispute between the U.S. and China biggest challenge is stopping Beijing from stealing America’s intellectual property.
