Nasdaq withdraws bid for Oslo Stock Exchange

Nasdaq Nordic, which owns most stock exchanges in the Nordic-Baltic region, is withdrawing its offer to acquire Norway's main exchange, saying " under the current circumstances the minimum acceptance condition for completion" cannot be satisfied.
