Bumble Bee, Chicken of the Sea and StarKist were sued by American consumers over claims that the companies were deceiving customers by saying the tuna caught was done by “dolphin-safe” fishing exercises, according to a report.

A California jury reportedly ruled in favor of a couple on Monday who alleged that Roundup weed killer triggered their cancer diagnoses, ultimately finding Monsanto responsible and ordering them to pay billions in damages.
