Axalta Coating Systems Announces $675 Million Share Buyback Program

Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. said Monday its board has approved a $675 million share buyback program. Shares were not yet active premarket, but have gained 15% in the last 12 months, while the S&P 500 has gained 17%.
