National Retail Properties CEO Craig Macnab To Retire

National Retail Properties Inc. said late Thursday Chief Executive Craig Macnab, who is also chairman of the board, will retire on April 28 from both roles. Chief Operating Officer Julian Whitehurst will succeed him as CEO while independent director Robert Legler has been appointed as board chairman. Shares of National Retail Properties edged down 0.2% after hours.
