Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras and German Chancellor Angel Merkel spoke over the phone on Sunday and agreed to maintain contact during debt talks, according to a Greek government official. Cash-strapped Greece is struggling to pay its debts to international lenders. The country's borrowing costs have risen sharply over the past six months. Eurozone finance ministers on Friday warned that there will be no fresh aid unless Greece agrees to a complete economic reform plan. The next teleconference between Greece and its creditors' technical teams is scheduled for Monday. The teams are due to meet on Wednesday to continue negotiations.
