Inside LA home where Iggy Azalea, neighbor are feuding over renovations

The 31-year-old “Fancy” singer moved into a $5.2 million Hidden Hills home last week

Iggy Azalea is going "Black Widow" on her new Calabasas, California, neighbor over home renovations.

The 31-year-old "Fancy" singer moved into a $5.2 million Hidden Hills home last week and is allegedly feuding with an unnamed neighbor over renovations and additions.

"Day 1 living in my new house and my bored housewives a– neighbor already tried to snitch on me for doing construction in my own f—– home," she wrote on Twitter. "Little does she know, f–king with her is my new hobby and life’s work. You live next to a Gemini now sweetie. Hi, I’m petty!"

The rapper and singer’s new 3,982-square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, plus a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guest house adding 1,246 square feet, according to Realtor.com. And according to her social media feed, she is planning a new playground and a zip line on the property. Renovations are scheduled for the next year and a half, she wrote.

The Post could not independently verify renovation plans or permit approvals because permit data was not available. The Post reached out to Azalea’s representative, who could not be reached for comment.

Azalea purchased the home for $605,000 more than the asking price, according to Realtor.com, suggesting that the home received several competing offers.

The 1.06-acre lot, has a patio, outdoor fireplace, barbecue area, sports court, pool and a meditation area.

Plus, the estate has a four-car garage.

Inside, the home’s peaked, beamed-ceiling great room boasts large windows, a stone fireplace and hardwood floors.

The chef’s kitchen includes a large island, double burners, an industrial hood and a breakfast nook with a fireplace. Wood-lined glass doors lead to a stone-floor screened-in porch.

The primary bedroom suite has a fireplace, luxury bathroom and walk-in closet. The home also offers a formal dining room, an office, play room and a den.

The farmhouse-style home was built in 1963 and received a major renovation completed in March, according to Realtor.com.

The Demi Lovato pal liked the gated community for its safety, she said on Twitter. She and baby daddy Playboi Carti suffered a $300,000 burglary in 2019 at their Georgia mansion, which she claimed still gives her "anxiety and stress."

"I live in a gated community and trust me these ppl couldn’t give a f–k who i am," she wrote.

Her home was about 25% less expensive than surrounding homes, according to Realtor.com, and 45% of residents — the biggest chunk of whom are in business and finance — make more than $150,000 a year, according to census data.

"It’s worth it for my son too, because he will be able to ride his bike around when he’s older and just be a kid without me being so worried for his safety," she wrote.

Azalea, whose real name is Amethyst Amelia Kelly, had her now approximately 1-year-old son Onyx Kelly with 24-year-old rapper Carti last year, she said on Instagram after keeping his birth private for an unknown period of time. She and Carti, whose real name is Jordan Cardi, split several months later, she revealed in October 2020.

Despite professing her love for the neighborhood, she’s apparently not done prodding her neighbors. After her posts about construction plans, Azalea threw herself a 31st birthday party at her new home, featuring a mechanical bull, a bouncy castle and a new four-seater Polaris ATV.

"All the moms in my community drive golf carts so I bought a Polaris and I really can’t wait to terrorize them all honestly," she wrote in a since-deleted tweet captured by Daily Mail.

The now-red-haired beauty previously owned a $3.5 million Tarzana, California, estate with ex-fiance Nick Young, as well as a Georgia mansion with Carti. She also rented a $15,000-per-month apartment in The Oaks, California, while home shopping.

The "Beg For It" singer, who released a new line of fragrances, previously had financial troubles and was sued for unpaid credit card debt and was slapped with a tax lien in 2016 and 2017, Page Six reported.
