Based on data compiled by Credible Operations, Inc., NMLS Number 1681276, current mortgage refinance rates have fallen compared to yesterday’s, with 30-year rates dropping below 3% for the first time in 13 days. At 2.875%, rates for 30-year refinance have sunk by one-half percentage point since last week, while rates for 15-year refinance dropped closer to average levels seen in December 2020.
