Based on data compiled by Credible Operations, Inc., NMLS Number 1681276, current mortgage refinance rates did not budge since last Friday, except for 30-year rates, which have held firm and remain lower than the monthly average for March 2021. Today marks the first day of increases in April, and yet, rates continue to hover near historical standards, according to Freddie Mac.

  • 20-year fixed-rate refinance: 2.875%, Up from 2.750%, +0.125
  • 15-year fixed-rate refinance: 2.375%, Unchanging
