Obama: Will Work 'for Rest Of My Life' To Help Poor Minority Men

President Barack Obama said Monday he will work to help young minority men "for the rest of my life." In a speech at Lehman College in the Bronx, New York, Obama said some communities "have consistently had the odds stacked against them" and young men in those areas could use some help. The president announced the launch of "My Brother's Keeper Alliance" a new non-profit foundation based on an earlier White House initiative to help underprivileged young men. "In these young men, we see ourselves," Obama said. "We are in this for the long haul. This will remain a mission for me and for Michelle, not just for the rest of my presidency, but for the rest of my life," he said.
