The U.K. government will this week begin the search for banks to advise it on a possible flotation of state-run postal delivery service Royal Mail, in what would be one of the biggest privatizations the country has seen for two decades.According to extracts of a speech in London Monday, Business Minister Michael Fallon said that while a flotation of Royal Mail is the government's preferred method of sale, all options remain on the table and no decision has been made.The Royal Mail will also investigate access to capital with the debt markets, Mr. Fallon said.
