Areva Signs Nuclear Fuel Supplying Contract With U.S.' Exelon

French nuclear group Areva SA (AREVA.FR) Thursday said it signed a contract with U.S.-based utility Exelon Corp. (EXC) tp provide nuclear fuel fabrication services to the Illinois-based Dresden and Quad Cities nuclear power stations and to continue fabrication services to the Three Mile Island nuclear plant in Pennsylvania.MAIN FACTS:- Areva didn't disclose any financial detail.- Under the agreement, the French state-controlled group will supply beginning in 2016 a total of 12 reloads to the four Dresden and Quad Cities units.
