TECH STOCKS: Salesforce, Google Losses Hit Tech Stocks

A sharp drop in shares of Salesforce.com sparked a slump across the corporate-software-vendors group and led the broader tech sector into the red Friday.Google shares (GOOG) were off 1.1% at $873.32, following a report that the company may enter into a bidding war against rival Facebook (FB) for Waze, an Israeli mobile app developer.
