Hewlett-Packard Makes Change in Executive Roles

Hewlett-Packard Co. (NASDAQ:HPQ) said Todd Bradley will take on a newly created role as executive vice president of strategic growth initiatives, and Asia-region executive Dion Weisler will take over his former role overseeing the company's printing and PC businesses.In his new position, Mr. Bradley will work directly with Chief Executive Meg Whitman on improving H-P's business, particularly in China, and also extending the company's channel partner relationship. He will also help Ms. Whitman identify potential partnerships with early-stage companies that can aid in H-P's long-term growth."There's nothing more important to H-P than our channel partners and the future of our business in China," said Ms. Whitman. "I've asked Todd to use his expertise to focus on these areas.
