Former Pfizer Inc. (PFE) Chairman and Chief Executive Jeff Kindler has joined venture-capital firm Lux Capital, to help work with the firm's portfolio companies and identify new health-care investment opportunities."With tremendous leadership experience in the health-care industry, Jeff has an appreciation for the intersection of novel science, product development and commercial transactions," said Robert Paull, managing partner at Lux Capital.Mr. Kindler joined Pfizer as an executive vice president and general counsel in 2002 and was promoted to chairman in 2006.
