Wilmar International Ltd . Announces New COO

Wilmar International Ltd. (F34.SG) announced that Martua Sitorus will step down as the company's chief operating officer from July 1, 2013.He will be replaced by Teo Kim Yong, an executive director of the firm currently in charge of commercial activities and merchandising of palm and lauric oils, according to a filing by Wilmar to the Singapore Exchange.Mr. Sitorus is stepping aside "to focus more time on his family business," according to the statement.
