Trina Solar Deeper In The Red After Sales Worries

U.S.-listed shares of solar-panel manufacturer Trina Solar Ltd. fell 7%, adding to losses as the end of the trading day approached. Trina said Friday after the market closed it was expecting fewer first-quarter solar-module sales due to hiccups on sales to the European Union. Yingli Green Energy Holding on Thursday made a similar announcement regarding first-quarter module shipments, blaming it on seasonal weakness and delays with a project in Algeria. U.S.-shares of Yingli were up 3.6% on Monday. U.S.-listed shares of ReneSola Ltd. were down 4.3%.Copyright © 2014 MarketWatch, Inc....
