    Oilfield service company Baker Hughes Inc (BHI) said Monday that it appointed former Sunoco, Inc.

    (SUN) Chief Executive Lynn L. Elsenhans to its board of directors.Elsenhans, 56, will serve on Baker Hughes' audit/ethic and governance committees. With her appointment, the board will now have 13 directors, Baker Hughes said.Elsenhans, a veteran of Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA), was CEO of refiner Sunoco from 2008 to March 2012.
