Brazil's Petrobras Restarts Construction at Its Comperj Refinery

Brazilian state-run energy giant Petroleo Brasileiro (PBR, PETR4.BR), or Petrobras, said late Friday that it has been able to reverse a court order that had suspended construction at its Comperj refinery project in Rio de Janeiro state.Petrobras said in a statement the decision involves only works currently under way.The Comperj refinery will have installed capacity to process 165,000 barrels of crude oil per day when it enters operation in April 2015, according to the company.
