Eton Park, Soros Take Stakes In Mead Johnson

Soros Fund Management and Eton Park Capital Management LP disclosed stakes in Mead Johnson Nutrition Co. through regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, while Paulson & Co. sold its stake. Eton Park said it bought 1.1 million shares with a value on Sept. 30 of $82.1 million, while Soros bought 148,920 shares for a value of $11.1 million. Neither owned shares in the company at the end of the second quarter. Meanwhile, Paulson sold all of its 957,900 shares. In addition, Highbridge Capital Management LLC cut its stake to just 3,134 shares, from 40,174 at the end of the second quarter.
