added the title of president to Chief Operating Officer Benjamin J. Breier, the company said Thursday. Breier, 41, had been COO for the company since August 2010. Breier joined the company in 2005 and previously had been president of its hospital division as well as its Peoplefirst rehabilitation division. The appointment was announced after Thursday's close.
