American International Group Inc. (AIG), Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (BK) and U.S. Bancorp (USB) will disclose racial and gender information about their U.S. workforces after striking an agreement with the overseer of New York City's pension funds.The three financial companies will release annual workforce demographic information, including that of senior management, New York City's Comptroller John C. Liu announced Tuesday. It is similar to agreements the comptroller struck last year with Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) and MetLife Inc.
