's (NOK) incoming Chairman Risto Siilasmaa Thursday said he will attempt to foster an "entrepreneurial spirit" at the struggling Finnish handset maker, adding that Nokia's roots will always remain in Finland.Nokia presented Finnish entrepreneur Siilasmaa as its new chairman to shareholders at the company's annual general meeting. Siilasmaa, born in 1966, founded Finnish anti-virus software company F-Secure Oyj (FSC1V.HE) and has been a member of Nokia's board since 2008."It's no secret that Nokia is going through a very difficult period," Siilasmaa told reporters ahead of the shareholders' meeting.
