(CME) plans to bring the first local futures contract to the Black Sea region, launching wheat futures in the hopes of capturing an increasingly important, but unreliable, market.The exchange, which dominates grains trading in the U.S., said Wednesday it plans to launch the contract in June, with delivery points at Black Sea ports in Russia, Ukraine and Romania.
