Spain November CPI Estimated Up 0.4% On Year

MADRID -- Consumer prices in Spain were estimated to have risen 0.4% on an annual basis in November, according to the Instituto National de Estadistica. In October, prices fell 0.6% on an annual basis, but were up 0.7% over the previous month.
