SUBSCRIBERS: US Switches To Daylight-Saving Time

The U.S. and much of Canada will move to daylight-saving time from standard time on Sunday, when clocks will be moved forward by one hour.
Regular items transmitted from these countries will appear one hour earlier in terms of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
In the U.S., the Eastern time zone will be four hours behind GMT, the Central time zone will be five hours behind GMT, the Mountain time zone six hours and the Pacific time zone seven hours behind GMT.
In Canada, Newfoundland will move forward an hour to two and a half hours behind GMT. New Brunswick and Nova Scotia will be three hours behind GMT.
Ontario and Quebec will be four hours behind GMT. Manitoba and the Northwest Territories will return to five hours behind GMT, Alberta to six hours and the Yukon and British Columbia to seven hours behind GMT. Most of Saskatchewan does not observe daylight-saving time and will remain at six hours behind GMT.
Mexico doesn't move to daylight-saving time until April 4. It will then be five hours behind GMT.
Clocks in Venezuela remain unchanged at four and a half hours behind GMT. In Colombia, Ecuador and Peru, clocks are five hours behind GMT. Central American clocks remain six hours behind GMT. Most of Brazil moved clocks back an hour on Feb. 21, putting it three hours behind GMT.
Most of Argentina isn't observing daylight-saving time this year. Clocks will remain three hours behind GMT. Chile goes back to standard time on April 3, putting it four hours behind GMT.
Time changes will occur in most of Europe on March 28 and in Australia and New Zealand on April 4.
