Australia's NSW Government Approves A$190 Million Wind, Solar Park

SYDNEY -(Dow Jones)- Development approval has been granted to a proposed A$190 million wind and solar energy park to be constructed by private Australian company Pamada Pty. Ltd., the government of New South Wales state said Tuesday.
With a generating capacity of 113 megawatts, the park will be able to power 47,000 homes with its 34 wind turbines and up to 100 hectares of solar panels, the government said in a statement.
