Volkswagen Preferred Shares Fall 12%

LONDON -- Volkswagen preferred shares fell 12% on Tuesday following reports that Qatar Holding is planning to sell up to 25 million preferred shares in the German carmaker. Volkswagen common stock shares were down 3.1% in Frankfurt.
