By Sue Chang
MarketWatch Pulse
SAN FRANCISCO -- General Motors' Saab has started talks with other potential buyers after Koenigsegg Group AB pulled out of the deal to buy the unit earlier this week, Reuters Thomson reported Friday, citing a Saab spokeswoman. "We have a close dialogue and close contact with several who have expressed interest in buying Saab Automobile," spokeswoman Gunilla Gustavs told the news agency. Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co. of China is among the interested suitors, according to an earlier media report. The GM board is scheduled to meet next week to decide on the future course for the Saab unit.
